Wright County’s COVID-19 count jumped by 86 cases in the first week of November 2020, county epidemiologist Sandy McGrath told the supervisors.

The county had 813 positive cases total, with 192 active. McGrath said the numbers were bouncing up in neighboring counties too and that she expected the trend to keep going. Cases were spread around the county, not concentrated in one town.

She was right. By late December the county total had reached 1,413.
