Jim Moore Jr. came back to the Wright County supervisors in June 2019 for an update on standing water on his land, which drains into Drainage District 2.
Dave Hennigar and Larry Harrah said they had made headway but still had about 1,800 feet to go. They thought the 24-inch line might be plugged farther north, likely under the road, and could run a camera through it to find out. They estimated 400 feet still needed replacing, with the real problem in the low area.
Jeremy Abbas, filling in for county engineer Adam Clemons, brought two summer hires, mostly to keep up with mowing. The board approved them. Abbas also said edge patching on R33 was done.
