Clarion-Goldfield-Dows had a long night at Dodger Stadium in Fort Dodge in September 2020, losing 30-8 to St. Edmond.
The Gaels kept the pressure on all game, and the Cowboys managed just one scoring drive. Trenton Jergenson finished it with a six-yard run and added the two-point conversion.
The offense had struggled through the early weeks of the 2020 season, a year when every game came with COVID-19 rules and the chance of last-minute cancellations.
