On Tuesday, April 19, the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows Cowgirl golf team headed to Humboldt, competing against that school in addition to Hampton-Dumont-CAL. Humboldt’s team led the day by a wide margin with a 181 collectively. CGD came in second at 220 and Hampton scored a 227.
Humboldt’s golfers took the top five places. CGD’s top lady was Sawyer Morrical who carded a 53, Karina Torres and Emily Christensen both scored 55. Other varsity golfers were Lauren Brooks – 57, Delia Swanson – 62, and Emma Fishburn - 65
