County sells Agribusiness Park lot to Ennis Transportation Services

At the Wright County Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday, a public hearing on the sale of property in the Agribusiness Park was held. Ennis Transportation Services, Inc. and the county agreed to the sale of a half of a lot, amounting to 5 acres, for $150,000. Ennis will also have the option to purchase and right of first refusal on the remaining part of that lot for five years. Ennis has noted they plan to build a large trailer washout and repair facility within the park. This is the first lot the county has sold within the park.
