In a short Clarion City Council meeting on Tuesday, November 3, the council approved four resolutions as the only agenda items. Two resolutions pertained to the watermain project, with one being a pay request for Reding Gravel & Excavation Company for $408,539.69. The other one was for a pay change order for the same company in the amount of $11,750. Public Works Director Jon DeVries noted that that project is over 70% complete with it scheduled to be finished by June 1.
