Clarion council ok’s Mosaic building purchase

At the Tuesday, February 1 meeting of the Clarion City Council, the group took action on a few agenda items related to the Early Learning Center. They authorized a purchase agreement for the Mosaic building. Much of that building will be undergoing renovations to become the Early Learning Center by the end of this summer. The agreement outlines the city’s plan to purchase the building for $1 along with leasing back space for Mosaic offices onsite.
