In the Tuesday, December 2 meeting of the Clarion City Council, there were only three agenda items. A resolution to set a date for a public hearing on an urban renewal plan was a repeat of one that had occurred at the last council meeting. This resolution put the city in place to proceed with the sale of the spec building located in the Clarion Industrial Park. City Administrator Clint Middleton explained a meeting needs to take place with some stakeholders who will potentially receive TIF moneys should the sale happen.
