84 band students from the CGD 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Band participated in the 2022 MS Solo Festival.
The Solo Festival was held on March 3 at the Middle School. The students prepared a solo during lessons beginning in January to prepare for the event. On the day of the festival, the judges gave the soloists written and verbal feedback on their performances, as well as some tips on playing their instruments.
Judges for the event were Ryan Ringnalda, Monte Leichsenring, and Rollie Jensen.
