Board approves precinct and supervisors redistricting plans

At the Wright County Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday, a public hearing was held on the county’s supervisor district map. A hearing had been held two weeks ago after a redistricting plan was proposed. After the temporary redistricting commission received several comments asking them to reconsider their proposed plan, they decided to stick with the previous plan that had been in use. (This was described in the county newspapers last week.) The commission did not receive any comments this time and voted to adopt the plan.
