A local man bought a ticket in a new lottery game and won a $20,000 prize. Kenneth Jackson of Dows won the second top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Top Dog” scratch game, which began sales on June 7. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey’s, 2721 Dows Williams Road in Dows, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery’s Mason City regional office.
