Wright County Charitable Foundation conducts fall granting ceremony

On December 18th, Wright County Charitable Foundation (WCCF) held its Fall Granting Ceremony. Held at the Clarion Public Library at 5:00 p.m., the foundation awarded $42,000 to 23 projects county-wide. Since the first granting period in Spring 2006, the Wright County Charitable Foundation has granted $1,160,324.00 to worthy causes across the county, with completed projects totaling $13,755,140.60.

The WCCF Grant Committee and the Youth Leadership Grant Committee separately reviewed each grant application. After their deliberations the two grant committees independently made their recommendations, with all grants receiving final approval by the full WCCF Board of Directors. There are two grant award cycles per year, in the Spring and Fall.
