Jackie Faye (Collins) Adamson 71 of Clayton, Oklahoma passed away Monday October 9th, 2023 at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jackie was born March 7, 1952 in Bell, CA.; the daughter of Palmer (Pal) and Connie (Treece) Collins. Jackie married Jerry Smith and together they had three beautiful children. Jackie has lived in California, Washington, Idaho, Iowa, Texas and Oklahoma. It was while living in Texas that she met, fell in love, and married her wonderful husband, Rick Adamson. With this union she gained another beautiful daughter.

Jackie loved fishing, crafting, spending time in her garden, and thrifting. Above all else, Jackie loved spending time with her family and friends. Jackie had many talents and there wasn’t much she couldn’t do when she put her mind to it. Actually, there were two things she was never able to do; drive past a Goodwill or thrift store without stopping and going anywhere without talking to everyone. Jackie had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. She made friends wherever she went.

Jackie was Proceeded by her parents, Pal and Connie; her sister, Sue; her first husband, Jerry and a brother-in-law, Rudy.

Jackie is survived by her loving husband, Rick Adamson of Clayton OK; children, Andy (Leah) Smith of Osceola, IA, Jeremy (Shelly) Smith of Jewell, IA, Alicia Durham of Houston, Tx and Amanda Adamson of Colorado Springs, CO; Jackie has eight grandchildren: Kaitlyn and Vivienne Durham, Ryan (Ariel) Hocking, Maddie (Cody) Swenson, Lexie Smith, Tasha and Janie Smith and Mercedes (Jerod) Fletcher. Jackie also has five great grandchildren: Jack Swenson, Tyson, Amara, Johnny and Brett Fletcher; two sisters, Betty Perez and Trish (Jim) Welch; her beloved friend, Linda Flowers and numerous friends, nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Jackie’s wishes, Cremation rites have been accorded.

A private celebration of life was held on Saturday October 14, 2023, in Clayton, OK
