For wrestlers, it's all about the experience

It certainly has been a great two-year run of success for the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows wrestling program, with back to back state dual titles and top three team finishes in the traditional tournament along with several individual champions and place winners, the experience of representing the school at state and the things that the kids gain from it are sometimes not as readily apparent.

In other words, while we can see the medals and trophies we can’t see the other things they bring back from their week in Des Moines. But when you talk to them about it, it becomes quite easy to see.
