Richard Roy Baker

Richard Roy Baker passed away at 83 years old. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday,December 27, 2017 in the Chapel of Ramsey Funeral Home. Chaplain Larry Zabcik will be presiding. A reception will follow the service in the Reception Hall of Ramsey Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to Wesleyan Hospice, 2100 Scenic Dr. Georgetown, Texas 78626. A Celebration of Life will be held in Iowa at a later date.
