Mid-Summer Updates on White Fox Landing

Despite all the recent rain, David Doxtad said the White Fox Landing housing development project is moving right along. Doxtad, of I+S Group, the project engineer, provided the Clarion City Council with an update at their July 21 meeting.

“Thus far, all of the utilities for the 11th Street lots have been installed,” he said, adding that about 2,000 feet of sanitary sewer main has been installed on White Fox Drive.

All of the water main on Willow Drive and a major portion on White Fox Drive have been put in as well. In addition to this, the relocating of power lines has been completed and a crew started on storm sewer construction along Willow Drive. As for grading it was put on hold due to the large amounts of rainfall; however, it will continue with paving of the Willow Drive beginning in August.
