Funeral services for Josephine Purvis were 11 a.m., Monday, October 16, 2017 at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Iowa Falls. A time of visitation was  from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. October 16, also at the First Congregational United Church of Christ. Burial was held at a later date in Wellsburg Reformed Church Cemetery of Wellsburg, Iowa.
