Jane Lee (Bradley) Sebert, age 89, of Chaska, Minnesota (formerly of Clarion and Hampton Iowa), made a peaceful journey home on Friday, January 10^th, 2020 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, surrounded by loved ones. A celebration of Jane’s life will be held later.
