History made with creation of FirstNet organization

The FirstNet organization is the first of its kind.

And the FirstNet broadband network will revolutionize how public safety personnel communicate with one another.

Shawn Wagner, a FirstNet outreach specialist, presented information to Wright County first responders on November 13.

"So, right now we're in year one a three-year planning phase," Wagner said. "They're [the Federal Government] sending me out to say, 'Hey, this is what [the network] is going to look like.'"
