            Gerald “Jerry” Lewis Sweet, 79, died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center. 

            Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW.  Burial will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Brosh Chapel.
