Cowboy track & field competes at ISU Indoor

The Clarion-Goldfield-Dows boys track & field team had their final indoor meet last Tuesday, competing at the Iowa State High School Indoor Classic in Ames. Ryan Watne and Nate Rapp both had good shot put finishes, with Watne taking 23rd at 44’ 2.5” and Rapp 33rd at 42’ 7.5”. Clinton Miller was 41st in the 60-meter hurdles, putting up a 9.49 finish time. The 4x8 relay was 55th in 10:31.08, while the 4x4 grouping took 57th in 4:04.83.

Other efforts saw Kaden Langfitt take 63rd in 11:58.64 in the 3200, Logan Robertson take 106th in 6:2330 in the 1600 and Cole Lindaman take 105th in 8.01 in the 60-meter dash. Edson Cruz posted an 8.12 for 117th in that same event.
