Carolyn "Carrie" Anne Osborne

Carolyn “Carrie” Anne Osborne, 60, of Iowa City, Iowa, and formerly of Newton, Iowa, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 at Iowa City Rehab and Health Care Center in Iowa City. There will a graveside service at 9:30 a.m., Monday, October 9, 2017 at the St. Mark Catholic Cemetery, 1030 Pine St.; Iowa Falls, Iowa, 50126. A memorial service for Carrie Osborne will be following at 2:00 pm Monday, October 9, 2017 at the Congregational United Church of Christ in Newton. There will be a time of fellowship with friends and family from 5 - 6:30 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Linn’s Funeral Home Chapel, 1521 Washington Ave in Iowa Falls. Following the visitation there will be a Rosary at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials should be directed to: National Alliance of Mental Illness of Central Iowa (NAMI); Newton Public Library; or Accura HealthCare of Newton - Resident Activity Fund.
