Marilyn M. (Beenken) Olsen, 71, of Clarion was called home by the Lord on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at her home surrounded by family and friends.

Visitation for Marilyn Olsen will be held Monday, November 28, 2022, from 4:00-7:30 pm at Andrews Funeral Home in Belmond. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 29^th at 10:30am at Clarion First United Methodist Church with an additional one-hour visitation prior to funeral services.

Robert D. Hill, 83 of rural Clarion, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 17, 2022 surrounded by family at his new home in Eagle Grove.

Funeral services for Robert Hill will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Ewing Funeral Home, 1801 Central Avenue East in Clarion, with Father Jerry Blake officiating.  Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in rural Woolstock.

Visitation for Robert Hill will be held from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Julia J. (Bell) Gordon, 95 of Rowan, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond.

Funeral services for Julia Gordon will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Ewing Funeral Home, 111 Luick’s Lane South, in Belmond, with Pastor Mark Pluff officiating.  Burial will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Rowan.

Visitation for Julia Gordon will be held from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Ewing Funeral Home in Belmond and will continue one hour prior to the funeral on Saturday.

John Reyna, 91, of Clarion, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at the Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion.

Private family services will be held.

John Peter Reyna, the son of Marcelino and Aurelia (Castro) Reyna, was born September 5, 1931 in Clarion, Iowa.  He grew up in Clarion and graduated from the Clarion High School with the class of 1949.

After high school, John enlisted in the United States Navy.  He served overseas during the Korean War and was honorably discharged after eight years of service.
